Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through https://www.cazoomy.com, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your first name, last name and address.
Pricing and Payment
We use third party payment providers – Stripe and PayPal. Payment at the point of purchase is for access to www.cazoomy.com for 1 user.
Multiple User License
Members are not allowed to distribute their login information. To purchase access for more than 1 user you must purchase a multiple user license. See FAQs.
School Access
To gain access for schools or teachers an invoice is required. See FAQs.
Membership levels
Membership levels are 4-tiered. Free membership is free, you gain access to full use of www.cazoomy.com including free downloads. We reserve the right to include or withdraw the number of free downloads offered to free members. Trial membership is £2.50 per month for 30 worksheets each month. We reserve the right to include or withdraw the number of downloads offered to trial members. Starter membership is £4.00 per month for 100 worksheets each month. We reserve the right to include or withdraw the number of downloads offered to starter members. Professional membership is £18.00 per year for unlimited worksheets each year. We reserve the right to include or withdraw the number of downloads offered to professional members.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Fair Use Policy
Cazoomy Education Ltd resources are designed for personal use only. You are not allowed to re-sell, re-design or re-publish any cazoomy.com worksheet or resource. Signing up to cazoomy.com sets an agreement that you will create one account for personal use only, including use in the classroom and at home or in private spaces.
Copyright
The copyright of all resources is owned by Cazoomy Education Ltd. Worksheets may not be altered, however if a worksheet is altered the cazoomy logo must be omitted.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
